Great customer service from start to finish
They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!

Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!

Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.

Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

The De'Longhi Rivelia EXAM44055W in white brings fresh bean-to-cup coffee to the bench in a clean, bright finish. Two interchangeable bean hoppers let you keep a second blend or decaf ready to go, so changing beans takes seconds rather than a full clean-out.
One Machine, Four Coffee Drinkers
Save up to 16 drink recipes across four user profiles, so each person in the household gets their coffee exactly how they like it, every time. The white finish is a natural fit for light, Scandi-style and coastal kitchens, and keeps the compact Rivelia looking understated on the bench.
Why Buy a De'Longhi Factory Second?
A factory second is a genuine De'Longhi machine that may have minor cosmetic marks, with no effect on how it performs. Every unit is bench-tested by our technicians before dispatch and comes with the full 24-month De'Longhi warranty, so you get a premium machine at a much lower price. As an authorised De'Longhi service agent with a national service network, we look after every machine we sell.
