Yes. Our ex-demo, factory seconds and carton-damaged machines are covered by warranty — the exact term varies by product and brand, and is shown on each product page. As an authorised service centre, any servicing is handled locally by our own technicians.
An ex-demo machine has been used a few times for showroom demonstration; a factory second has minor cosmetic imperfections only; and carton-damaged stock is brand new with damage to the outer box alone. All are fully functional — the difference is purely condition and price.
Usually nothing that affects performance — typically a minor cosmetic mark, a small scratch, or damage to the outer packaging only. Each machine is inspected and bench-tested before dispatch to confirm it works as it should. Any notable cosmetic detail is described on the product page.

In many cases, yes. A lot of our clearance stock is available to view at our Adelaide showroom in Torrensville, so you can check the condition in person. Give us a call to confirm a specific machine is on display before you visit.
Yes — ex-demo and seconds stock is one-off and limited to what's available, so once a machine sells it's usually gone. If you've spotted something you like, we'd suggest not waiting too long.
