Prestige Coffee launched in 2021, but the expertise behind it goes back a lot further.
We are the retail arm of Prestige Appliance Repair Centre, established in Adelaide in 1989 and now South Australia's largest appliance repair centre. We have been servicing coffee machines for over 20 years, which means that long before we sold a single machine, we were pulling them apart, diagnosing faults, and learning exactly which ones hold up and which ones do not.
That is the difference when you buy from us. You are buying from people who know these machines from the inside out, because we have spent two decades repairing them. When we recommend a machine, it is because we have seen how it performs after three years in a real kitchen, not because it has the best margin.
We ship Australia-wide from our Torrensville base, with $9.95 flat rate shipping anywhere in the country.
Service and support
Our coffee workshop runs six full-time technicians, with over 50 years of combined experience in the coffee industry between them. They are backed by the wider Prestige Appliance Repair Centre team, so the workshop has depth behind it when volume spikes.
We are authorised service agents for De'Longhi, Smeg, La Pavoni, Lelit, Profitec, Gaggia, Saeco and Izzo. That means genuine parts, manufacturer-backed warranty work, and repairs done by technicians who are trained and accredited on the machines they are working on.
It also means we are still here after you have bought. Plenty of retailers will sell you a machine and leave you to work out the rest. When something goes wrong with a machine you bought from us, you are not chasing a call centre interstate. You are talking to the workshop that can actually fix it.
Our coffee machine repair team handles warranty and out-of-warranty work for both home and commercial customers across Adelaide and beyond.

A photo online only tells you so much. Our showroom has machines set up, switched on and ready to use, so you can hear how they sound, see how they handle, and taste the coffee they make before you commit.
Our team will make you a coffee and talk you through the differences: manual against bean-to-cup, how the same beans pull differently across machines, and where your money is best spent. No pressure, just a real cup from a real machine.
