SECTION 1 – AUSTRALIA WIDE
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $1000. For all orders under $1000, shipping is calculated at checkout.

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

SECTION 3 – DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours. On average orders can take 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on your location.
While we endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible, we are not able to control third party delays from couriers and accept no liability or loss from courier delays. Many factors contribute to delivery times including busy holiday seasons, weather events, strikes and more. Prestige Coffee accepts no responsibility for slight delays by third party agents; however, we encourage you to contact us if delays occur so that we can assist in getting things back on track.
Delivery times on our website reflect the average time taken for deliveries and as advised by most couriers.

SECTION 4 - CLICK AND COLLECT
We offer free click and collect from our warehouse in Torrensville, South Australia. We aim to have orders packed within 24 business hours from receiving the order. If you require urgent supply, we encourage you to call prior to placing your order. Once you have received the email stating that your order is ready for collection, it will be available for pick up between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
It is a requirement that you show Photo ID on collection of all click and collect orders valued over $200 AUD. The name and address on the provided ID must match the name and address on the order. We do not keep copies of photo identification.

SECTION 5 –ORDERS PLACED VIA PHONE OR EMAIL
We do not permit the use of personal couriers to collect orders. You may nominate another person to collect your order if you provide the name of the nominated individual prior to collection. We require photo identification that correctly matches the name provided to us upon collection. If you do not have a nominated person to collect, we reserve the right to utilize our own courier service.

SECTION 6 – ORDERS FLAGGED AS FRAUDULENT
Shopify may flag orders as potentially fraudulent for a number of reasons. If the postcode entered is not available, the order is placed from overseas or interstate to the shipping address and alike. Should this occur with your online order, Prestige reserves the right to verify your identity prior to dispatching or releasing goods. Identity verification occurs via form of photo identification.
