Prompt service, great customer service
The machine arrived very quickly, and knowing it was factory seconds purchase, wasn't surprised by the state of the box or the presence of water or coffee (in small amounts in appropriate locations in the machine). It was easily to clean and set up, and has been making me great coffees since. For the sake of a few hundred dollars, the factory seconds component is well worth it.
I wanted to support a local South Australian business. Very happy I did. Everything I bought worked excellently. Fresh, clean and soft. So good I ordered the 6kg drum of laundry powder. Living rurally we have extra dirty clothes. Carting big boxes of cleaning products is a chore. Recommended people try these products and see for yourself. Especially good for us on rainwater, I can exact the dose I need for each load. Not possible with pods and liquids vary in strength so much. Powder enables me to do that. Rinses away well and no foam creeping up the waste drain. Excellent!
I ordered the wrong colour and Mollie Hammond responded to my email and found the colour I wanted despite the fact that it was out of stock online. Thank you very much for the wonderful customer service. I love the kettle too.
I was honestly advised my coffee machine would cost a new machine price to fix. I bought a new machine and was given time and plenty of instruction. The sales person, recognised we needed a single button automated machine and gave us clear advice with no-pressure to buy and repeated answers for clarification. We bought the machine!
Seems like a great coffee machine, but unfortunately I am yet to find out, made 3 cups of coffee & it then had an issue which I was unable to troubleshoot myself. Contacted Prestige & they tried to rectify with me over the phone to no avail.
They immediately put me in contact with Delonghi. Am waiting to hear back from them. So hoping my machine will be making great coffee in no time.
Love the option of being able to use my ground coffee, as I has quite a bit left from previous machine. Now I can use it before my beans & no waste.

Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.

Delonghi Rivelia White Coffee Machine Factory Seconds
I bought a Breville express impress a few months ago and I wanted confidence I was getting approx 18g ground beans to about 36g espresso to make sure the grind size I was choosing was correct when changing beans. This scales was perfect for that. The cute size of the mini scales doesn’t take up space on the kitchen counter top either. Recommend for fellow new home baristas!
It's such an enjoyable ritual to make a coffee in the morning with the La Pavoni machine. The hand pump is easy to use and I got the right espresso after a couple of practice runs.
