Fantastic showroom and great customer service. I went shopping at a few different places for a new coffee machine for our office. Frank was brilliant to deal with, he spent a considerable amount of time with me, I never felt like I was being rushed and ultimately his level of customer service was far greater than I experienced anywhere else. We are really happy with our purchase too.
A shout out to Frank, who generously spent time with me to find the right coffee machine for my family. You will not get this level of service at a department store. Frank pulled the machine apart to show & explain all the components & then made me a beautiful coffee. I cannot recommend Prestige Coffee highly enough. I can’t remember the lady’s name I spoke with on the phone, but every time I called she answered straight away, gave me plenty of time to ask questions, and explained everything clearly. She really listened to what I was after and pointed me towards a machine better suited to my needs. No pushy sales tactics – just genuine customer service.
The follow-up communication was excellent too, with direct phone calls and updates about my order. I ended up with the La Pavoni Cellini Classic and the Eureka Specialita grinder. Both feel really high-quality. Dialing in the doses took a little work (as expected), but the grinder is solid, quiet, and consistently accurate. The coffee I’m making now easily rivals what I’d get in a good café.
I’m looking forward to having friends over to try it, and I feel confident that if I ever have questions or issues, the team at Prestige Coffee will be there to support me.

We purchased this as a second grinder so we could have a single dose grinder for experimenting with different beans. It works beautifully, easy to dial in and delivers consistent results and isn't too loud.
