Factory Seconds or Carton Damaged: What's the Difference?

Both are genuine, brand-new De'Longhi machines sold below RRP, so the only question is which saving suits you. A factory second may carry a minor cosmetic imperfection, nothing that affects performance, and is bench-tested by our in-house technicians before dispatch. A carton damaged machine is completely untouched: only the outer box was damaged in transit, and it comes with the full 24-month manufacturer's warranty. Either way, you get the same machine for less, with savings of up to $1,149 across our current range.
