Carton-damaged means the packaging took a knock in transit or storage, while the product inside is perfectly fine. In both cases the item works exactly as it should, you're simply paying less because it isn't box-fresh.

Will there be marks or damage?

There may be small marks or imperfections. Often it's nothing more than a dented carton or a small mark with no effect on performance. If you'd like more detail on a specific item's condition, just call our team and we'll talk you through it.
