Common faults
Common Lelit faults we fix
Whether you have a compact single boiler, a heat exchanger or a dual boiler, daily use and scale build-up eventually wear parts out. These are the faults we see most often.
Extraction problems
Weak or over-pressured shots often come from a blocked group head, a failing pump or a worn shower screen.
Steam pressure loss
Weak steam on heat exchanger and dual boiler models usually points to scale build-up, a faulty pressurestat or worn valves.
Grinder faults
On combi machines and Lelit grinders, noises or a failure to grind usually mean the burrs need cleaning, recalibration or replacement.
Water leaks
Puddles under the machine often come from worn group seals, perished O-rings or loose internal plumbing.
Heating and power failures
A machine that won't heat up may need a new heating element, thermal fuse or main board repair.
PID and temperature issues
Unstable brew temperature or display errors on PID models usually need the probe, controller or settings checked.
How it works
Our Lelit service and repair process
Every Lelit service starts with a full inspection of the group, boilers, pump and heating system. We replace group seals and shower screens, descale, and check pressure, temperature and PID settings, using genuine Lelit parts. We back our workmanship with a warranty.
Drop it in
Bring your machine to 4/65 Stephens Avenue, Torrensville, any weekday between 8am and 5pm. No booking needed. For out-of-warranty repairs, a workshop assessment fee is payable on drop off. Warranty repairs cost you nothing, just bring your receipt.
Assessment and quote
Our technicians assess your machine and quote on what it actually needs. No set fees, so you only pay for the work your machine requires.
Repaired with genuine parts
Repairs are done in our own workshop using genuine Lelit parts, followed by a full health check.
Back to brewing
We'll let you know as soon as your machine is ready to collect, so you can get back to great coffee.

My Lelit is still under warranty. What should I do?
Just bring your machine into our Torrensville workshop with a copy of your receipt. We handle Lelit warranty repairs directly, so there's nothing to pay and no need to contact anyone else first.
How often should my Lelit be serviced?
We recommend a professional service every 12 months, plus regular backflushing at home for E61 machines like the Mara X and Bianca. Adelaide's hard water builds scale quickly, so regular servicing protects the boiler and heating elements.
Is there a fee to assess my machine?
For out-of-warranty machines, a workshop assessment fee is payable when you drop your machine in. Warranty repairs cost you nothing, just bring your receipt.
Do you repair Lelit grinders as well?
Yes. We service and repair Lelit grinders, including burr cleaning, replacement and calibration. Bring your grinder in with your machine to save a trip.
