How it works
Our Fiorenzato service and repair process
Every Fiorenzato service starts with a full strip-down and clean of the burr chamber and chute. We inspect the burrs, motor and electronics, replace worn parts with genuine Fiorenzato parts and recalibrate the grind. We back our workmanship with a warranty.
Drop it in
Bring your machine to 4/65 Stephens Avenue, Torrensville, any weekday between 8am and 5pm. No booking needed, a workshop assessment fee is payable at the time of drop off.
Assessment and quote
Our technicians assess your machine and quote on what it actually needs. No set fees, so you only pay for the work your machine requires.
Repaired with genuine parts
Repairs are done in our own workshop using genuine Fiorenzato parts, followed by a full health check.
Back to brewing
We'll let you know as soon as your machine is ready to collect, so you can get back to great coffee.
