Our Dr Coffee service and repair process
Every Dr Coffee service starts with a full inspection of the brewing unit, grinder, milk system, pump and electronics. We clean, replace worn seals and descale, using genuine parts. We back our workmanship with a warranty.
Drop it in
Bring your machine to 4/65 Stephens Avenue, Torrensville, any weekday between 8am and 5pm. No booking needed. For out-of-warranty repairs, a workshop assessment fee is payable on drop off. Warranty repairs cost you nothing, just bring your receipt.
Assessment and quote
Our technicians assess your machine and quote on what it actually needs. No set fees, so you only pay for the work your machine requires.
Repaired with genuine parts
Repairs are done in our own workshop using genuine Dr Coffee parts, followed by a full health check.
Back to brewing
We'll let you know as soon as your machine is ready to collect, so you can get back to great coffee.
