Commercial grinders work hard, and burrs, motors and dosers wear over time. These are the faults we see most often on Mazzer grinders.
Worn burrs
Inconsistent grind, clumping or slow output usually means the burrs are worn and need replacing.
Motor and noise problems
Loud grinding, humming without turning or stalling can point to a motor, capacitor or blockage problem.
Doser and timer faults
Inconsistent doses on doser or electronic models usually need the doser, timer or control board checked.
Overheating
Grinders that run hot in busy cafes can have worn bearings, failing fans or a burr chamber that needs servicing.

How it works
Our Mazzer service and repair process
Every Mazzer service starts with a full strip-down and clean of the burr chamber and chute. We inspect the burrs, motor, bearings and electronics, replace worn parts with genuine Mazzer parts and recalibrate the grind. We back our workmanship with a warranty.
Drop it in
Bring your machine to 4/65 Stephens Avenue, Torrensville, any weekday between 8am and 5pm. No booking needed, a workshop assessment fee is payable at the time of drop off.
Assessment and quote
Our technicians assess your machine and quote on what it actually needs. No set fees, so you only pay for the work your machine requires.
Repaired with genuine parts
Repairs are done in our own workshop using genuine Mazzer parts, followed by a full health check.
Back to brewing
We'll let you know as soon as your machine is ready to collect, so you can get back to great coffee.
