They only recommend this for those who will likely undertake in further study in Hospitality i.e. Certificate I, II, or III in Hospitality Management. In doing so you will have recognition of prior learning in these units.

The Statement of Attainment is a transcript of the two accredited units that you will complete during your training with HG.
SITHFAB025 – Prepare and serve espresso coffee
SITXFSA005 – Use hygienic practices for food safety
This is delivered under a Third Party Agreement with Time Education and Training RTO:40058.
Upon successfully completing these units, individuals will receive a ‘Statement of Attainment’ issued by Time Education and Training RTO: 40058, the Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
To have your training registered please contact HG prior to making your booking.

We generally find that students 12 years and up have no trouble at all in learning and making amazing coffee with us. As a rule if you can pour a cup of tea at home confidently you’ll have no trouble. If in doubt don’t hesitate to contact HG.
