Not for Rent-Try-Buy — it's built for brand-new businesses as well as established ones, so a new Adelaide cafe or office fit-out can apply without an existing trading history. Lease-to-Keep is generally aimed at businesses that have been trading for more than 12 months.
Rent-Try-Buy is a flexible 12-month rental agreement that lets you change, upgrade or buy your equipment at any point, with a rebate on past payments if you choose to buy. Lease-to-Keep is a fixed hire-purchase agreement over 2 to 5 years at a fixed interest rate, and you automatically own the equipment once the term ends.
