★★★★★
Great customer service from start to finish
They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!
★★★★★
Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!
★★★★★
Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.
★★★★★
Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

Why Buy a De'Longhi Carton Damaged Machine?
Carton damaged means only the box was damaged in transit. The machine inside is brand new, unused and in perfect working condition, and it carries the full 24-month De'Longhi manufacturer's warranty. You get exactly the same machine as full-price stock, just in a box that's seen better days. As an authorised De'Longhi service agent with a national service network, we look after every machine we sell.
