Great customer service from start to finish
They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!
★★★★★
Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!
★★★★★
Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.
★★★★★
Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

The RIDE has finally landed in Australia, so we've created the Profitec RIDE & Turin DF54 Bundle! Featuring simultaneous heating of both the coffee and steam boilers to enable rapid steam temperature and more consistent steam performance. The RIDE can also be operated as a single boiler machine if desired. With a super fast heat up time, adjustable boiler temperature via PID control, programmable switch-on/off times and shot timer; you've got every gadget with this combo.
Visually, the RIDE impresses with elegant matt black side panels that contrast strikingly with the satin-finished front, cup tray, and silver drip tray. The pressure gauges complement the display, completing the refined appearance. It looks stunning next to the Turin DF54!
