Great customer service from start to finish
They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!
★★★★★
Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!
★★★★★
Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.
★★★★★
Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

Single and dual wall filters can be interchanged for the best experience. Experience the art of coffee preparation with a barista's touch in the comfort of your own kitchen. This Italian-made machine has been designed to be fast, efficient, and easy to clean. It takes less than 4 minutes from startup to peak performance. At this point, choose your preferred blend of coffee and master the portafilter and tamper like a skilled barista.
With three thermoblocks the EMC02 is ready to brew your favourite espresso in just four minutes from the moment you turn it on. This system also ensures a perfect extraction every time as there is no temperature loss throughout the brewing process, resulting in maximum flavour extraction and aroma preservation. Equipped with a pressure gauge and built in shot timer, the Smeg EMC02 allows for precise extraction control during brewing. Made in Italy.
