Great customer service from start to finish
They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!
★★★★★
Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!
★★★★★
Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.
★★★★★
Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

The Grounded Pleasures Chilli Infused Drinking Chocolate is influenced by a traditional Mexican drink. They subtly blend their fine original cocoa with a hint of dried chilli. This hint of chilli adds a delicious, complex note of slight heat to the deep smooth cocoa notes.
Chilli Infused Drinking Chocolate is made using most of the cocoa bean. The high cocoa butter content gives the cocoa a remarkable textural mouth feel when it blends with hot milk. This creates an incredibly sumptuous hot chocolate experience. Gluten free. Vegan. Delicious.
