They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!
★★★★★
Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!
★★★★★
Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.

Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

Unlock the full potential of your espresso with the Normcore Puck Screen 58.5mm. This essential espresso accessory is engineered for precision, helping you achieve a more consistent and flavorful extraction with every shot. If you're seeking to refine your brewing process and pull shots with remarkable clarity and body, this tool is your answer.
This slim fit 0.8mm stainless steel screen is designed to not take up too much room in your basket, allowing you to keep your coffee recipe the same.
The Normcore Puck Screen is meticulously crafted to improve the way water interacts with your coffee grounds. By placing this screen on top of your tamped puck, you ensure a more even water dispersion from the group head. This simple step drastically reduces the chances of channeling—those pesky micro-fissures in the coffee bed that lead to uneven, sour, or bitter extractions. The result is a balanced, well-rounded espresso that truly represents the quality of your beans. This screen also helps keep your machine’s group head cleaner by preventing coffee grounds from being sucked back up after an extraction, simplifying your maintenance routine.
Designed for durability and performance, this puck screen is a worthwhile addition to any home barista's toolkit.
