★★★★★
Great customer service from start to finish
They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!
★★★★★
Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!
★★★★★
Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.
★★★★★
Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

The La Pavoni Single Hole Steam Tip is a replacement steam tip for any La Pavoni lever machine, including the Europiccola, Professional, Expo 2015 and Stradivari. It replaces the original three-hole steam tip, and is CNC machined from 304 stainless steel with a single 1.5mm centre hole.
This simple but important upgrade helps you achieve the silky microfoam that every home barista is after, giving you far greater control when texturing milk. An easy way to lift the milk performance of your classic La Pavoni lever.
