★★★★★
Great customer service from start to finish
They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!
★★★★★
Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!
★★★★★
Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.
★★★★★
Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

Start your morning with the rich aroma and robust flavour of café-standard espresso, crafted right in your own kitchen. The La Pavoni Botticelli Specialty Dual Boiler coffee machine and La Pavoni Cilindro Coffee Grinder bundle brings premium Italian engineering directly to your benchtop. This carefully matched pairing removes the guesswork from your daily routine, giving you complete control over every pour and ensuring a consistently exceptional result.
The Perfect Partnership for Exceptional Espresso
A high-end espresso machine needs a precise grind to function at its absolute peak. The Cilindro grinder delivers a highly uniform, temperature-controlled dose of grounds every single time. This consistent foundation allows the Botticelli Specialty’s advanced brewing technology to truly shine.
When you pair the stepless micro-metric adjustments of the grinder with the Brewing Pressure Profiling Control of the espresso machine, you create a seamless workflow. The Cilindro prepares the exact particle size needed, and the Botticelli applies the precise water pressure to extract the exact flavour profile you want from your favourite beans. They work in total harmony to create a smooth, balanced cup without any bitter aftertaste, turning a simple morning habit into a highly refined ritual.
