For the best cup, use about one teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup. Brew black and herbal teas with just-boiled water for three to five minutes, and green and white teas with cooler water, around 80°C, for two to three minutes. A variable temperature kettle makes this easy and takes the guesswork out of brewing. Pair your tea with a quality kettle from our range for consistent results.
