Fiorenzato AllGround Sense Coffee Grinder

Experience the next generation of grinding technology with the Fiorenzato AllGround Sense Coffee Grinder (also written All Ground Sense). Designed for those who demand consistency and exactness in their daily brew, this grinder integrates advanced weighing technology directly into the grinding process. Whether you are new to grinding by weight or refining an established home espresso bar, the AllGround Sense delivers the accuracy required to unlock the full potential of your coffee beans.

Integrated Grind by Weight Technology for Exact Dosing

The standout feature of the AllGround Sense is its sophisticated floating load cell integrated directly into the portafilter fork. This technology weighs the ground coffee in real-time as it is dispensed, ensuring you receive the exact gram weight required for your recipe. By eliminating the need for external scales or manual weighing, it streamlines your workflow and guarantees consistency between every shot.

The dedicated touchscreen display acts as your command centre, allowing you to easily select and monitor your dose. With quick dose adjustment capabilities, you can modify your parameters in seconds, making it simple to dial in new beans or adjust for daily environmental changes.

Versatility Across All Brewing Methods

True to its name, the AllGround Sense is engineered to perform across the entire spectrum of brewing methods. The intuitive interface allows you to switch seamlessly between three distinct grinding classes:

• Espresso: Fine, uniform particles for rich, full-bodied extraction.
• Moka: Medium-fine grind optimised for stove-top brewing.
• Filter: Coarse, consistent grind for pour-over and batch brew methods.

This flexibility makes it a versatile all-rounder, capable of replacing multiple dedicated grinders without compromising on grind quality for any specific method.

Superior Build Quality and Precision Components

At the heart of the machine are 64mm flat burrs finished with a durable titanium coating. This coating significantly extends the lifespan of the burrs (rated for up to 1400kg) and reduces heat friction during operation, preserving the delicate aromatic compounds and flavour of your coffee.

The micrometric ring nut adjustment system provides continuous, stepless control over your grind size. This allows for microscopic changes to the particle size, empowering you to fine-tune your extraction with absolute precision. The adjustable fork ensures compatibility with a wide range of portafilter sizes, adding to the unit's ergonomic design.
