Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.

Precise 1kg induction roasting
The Aillio Bullet R2 is a 1kg drum roaster for serious home roasters and small-batch professionals. It brings production-quality control to a compact benchtop roaster, with the data and software to make every roast repeatable.
Who it suits
Home roasters ready to step up, cafés that want to roast their own blends or single origins, and coffee businesses that need a reliable sample roaster. With a 200g to 1kg capacity, it handles both small test batches and full kilo roasts.
How it roasts
Patented direct drum induction heating delivers 1,700W through 10 power steps into a 5.9L multi-vane solid carbon steel drum, for fast, even heat transfer. A full 1kg batch reaches first crack in 7 to 9 minutes, and a 12-step exhaust fan gives you fine control over airflow.
Data and software
FlowSense gives real-time digital airflow readings in m³/h straight from the exhaust stream. Connect your computer by USB-C and RoasTime software logs every roast, replays saved profiles and connects you to Roast.World and the global Bullet community.
Built for easy roasting days
Manual bean loading and ejection, a detachable active-fan cooling tray and a detachable chaff collector keep the workflow simple. The integrated roasting light, bean deflector and hybrid LED/OLED display make each roast easy to follow, and Quick Clean with a filter clean alert keeps maintenance straightforward.
