Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.

The Aillio Bullet R2 Pro is built for small roasting businesses and serious roasters who need higher capacity and faster back-to-back roasting. It keeps the precision and ease of the R2 while adding more heat output, more power steps and a production-ready cooling tray.
Who it suits
Small roasteries, cafés roasting their own coffee in volume and home roasters who regularly roast full batches. With a 200g to 1.2kg capacity, it handles everything from sample roasts to production batches.
How it roasts
A 2,300W patented direct drum induction system with 14 power steps heats a 5.9L solid carbon steel drum, giving exceptional thermal stability, responsiveness and control over conductive and convective heat transfer. It can take 1kg to first crack in as little as 6 minutes.
Data and software
FlowSense gives real-time digital airflow readings in m³/h straight from the exhaust stream. Connect your computer by USB-C and RoasTime software logs every roast for real-time analysis, replays saved profiles and connects you to Roast.World and the Bullet user community.
Built for production days
The Pro cooling tray and coffee bag spout streamline your workflow from drum to bag, while the detachable chaff collector, Quick Clean and filter clean alert keep cleaning and maintenance straightforward in a busy roasting space.

Choose the R2 Pro for larger batches and faster production roasting. If you roast up to 1kg at a time, the Aillio Bullet R2 offers the same precision and software in a 1kg roaster.
Power and size
Runs on a standard 10A power point. It measures 325mm wide, 630mm deep (895mm with the Pro cooling tray and coffee bag spout) and 465mm high including the leg support, and weighs 16kg.
