How one-touch milk systems work

A one-touch milk system draws milk from a carafe or jug, heats it with steam and aerates it into a fine foam before pouring it straight into your cup. You choose the drink, and the machine sets the milk temperature and foam level to suit. Some models, like the De'Longhi Eletta Explore and Rivelia Cool Carafe, can also make cold milk foam for iced lattes.
