Great customer service from start to finish
They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!

Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!

Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.

Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

The Aillio Bullet R1 V2 Home Coffee Roaster is the legend of home coffee roasting. There is so much to explore when it comes to coffee and having a home coffee roaster to roast your own beans is becoming quite a movement. At Prestige Coffee, we supply a coffee roaster, perfect for the café, espresso bar, hospitality venues, or home baristas looking to take their coffee experience and knowledge to a new level by roasting with a sample coffee roaster.
The Aillio Bullet features a variable fan speed and variable heating so that you have complete control throughout the roasting process. You can use the external cooling tray to stop the roasting. The Bullet even records your roast profile so that you can either share it with friends or repeat the same roast later. Using a USB connection to your chosen device, you can control the roasting process from the comfort of your PC or laptop screen with advanced analysis and recording. The V2 comes with a new infrared bean temperature sensor for lag free, accurate profiling regardless of batch size.
