The Aillio Bullet features a variable fan speed and variable heating so that you have complete control throughout the roasting process. You can use the external cooling tray to stop the roasting. The Bullet even records your roast profile so that you can either share it with friends or repeat the same roast later. Using a USB connection to your chosen device, you can control the roasting process from the comfort of your PC or laptop screen with advanced analysis and recording. The V2 comes with a new infrared bean temperature sensor for lag free, accurate profiling regardless of batch size.
