Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.

A genuine Expobar upper brew valve for manual lever E61 group heads. It opens and closes the flow of brew water as you lift and lower the lever, so a worn valve can cause dripping, weak flow or a group that won't shut off.
Manual lever E61 groups are used by many espresso machine brands and models, so this valve suits far more than Expobar machines. It's often replaced together with the middle valve, springs and gaskets during a full group service.
