The Machine: Fellow Espresso Series 1

Boosted Boiler architecture combines a flow-through heater, a boiler and a heated grouphead, so the Series 1 is ready in two minutes or less and stays stable while you switch between shots and milk. Programmable pressure profiling with controlled pre-infusion, intelligent shot feedback and a temperature-sensing steam wand that stops automatically make café-quality coffee approachable, while manual mode and the Fellow app give enthusiasts room to grow.

The Grinder: Fellow Opus 2

48mm stainless steel conical burrs, a stepless side dial and near-zero retention give you the fine control espresso needs. The included espresso dosing cup fits the Series 1's 58mm portafilter, and the anti-static ionizer and automatic shutoff keep single dosing clean.
