Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.

The Fellow Matcha Set brings everything you need for a proper matcha ritual together in one set that is designed to live on your counter. Each tool is built to work with the others, from sifting and whisking through to serving and cleanup, so making matcha feels simple and consistent whether it is a daily habit or a slower weekend treat.
What's Included
Bowl: ceramic with a pouring spout, shaped for a comfortable hold and smooth whisking.
Whisk: lightweight bamboo with an ergonomic handle for well aerated, foamy matcha.
Whisk stand: ceramic, so your whisk dries properly and keeps its shape.
Spoon: weighty stainless steel for measuring out your matcha.
Sifter: finely etched stainless steel for clump free matcha.
Tea tray: ceramic with silicone feet to keep the set secure on your bench.
Specifications
Bowl capacity: 380ml, designed for preparing around 140ml of matcha (about 2 servings).
Tea tray: 13cm x 26cm x 1.5cm. Height of full set: 8.5cm.
Materials: ceramic, bamboo, 18/8 stainless steel and silicone (the Matte White set comes with a glass bowl).
Colours: Matte White, Matte Black, Hazy Blue and Desert Rose.
How to Make Matcha
For a traditional matcha, sift 2g of matcha into the bowl, add 65g of water at 82°C and whisk for 20 to 30 seconds. For a matcha latte, use 5g of matcha with 50g of water at 82°C, whisk, then add 150ml of cold milk or 230ml of steamed milk.
Care
The bowl, whisk stand, spoon and sifter are dishwasher safe. Hand wash the whisk and tea tray, and stand the whisk on its stand to dry.
