Great customer service from start to finish
They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!
★★★★★
Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!
★★★★★
Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.
★★★★★
Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

Keep your grinder tasting fresh with the Grinder Cleaning Kit. It pairs two simple tools that cover both sides of grinder care: a deep clean of the burrs and a quick daily tidy of the chute and bench.
Cafetto Grinder Clean is a 100% natural grinder cleaner that removes the build-up of stale coffee oils, residue and odours from your burrs and internal chambers. Just grind it through like coffee, so there's no disassembly needed. The 450g jar lasts for many cleans.
The Barista Progear Coffee Grinder Brush has soft bristles and a comfortable handle for clearing grounds from the chute, hopper and work area every day, so stale coffee never has a chance to build up.
