La Pavoni has been hand-building espresso machines in Milan since 1905. The Botticelli Dual Boiler continues that tradition with a polished stainless steel body, a chromed brass group head and portafilter, and brass and copper internals. At 28kg, it is built for years of daily use.

True Dual Boiler Performance

A 0.6L coffee boiler handles brewing, and a 1.8L steam boiler is dedicated to milk. Because the two run independently, you can brew and steam at once. Your espresso stays rich and aromatic while you texture milk, so milk drinks come out faster and taste better. Pump and boiler pressure gauges let you see exactly what the machine is doing.

PID Temperature Control

The LED display shows both coffee and steam temperature. PID control holds the brew temperature steady from shot to shot, which helps you get the most flavour from freshly ground beans.

Commercial Rotary Pump, Plumb-In Ready

The commercial-grade rotary pump runs quieter and smoother than a vibration pump. You can fill the 2.9L water tank or plumb the machine directly into your mains water for a café-style setup.

Insulated Steam Wand and Hot Water Outlet

The steam wand and hot water outlet are both insulated, so they are safe to touch and easy to wipe clean. Both swivel, letting you set a comfortable angle while texturing milk.
