I can’t remember the lady’s name I spoke with on the phone, but every time I called she answered straight away, gave me plenty of time to ask questions, and explained everything clearly. She really listened to what I was after and pointed me towards a machine better suited to my needs. No pushy sales tactics – just genuine customer service.

The follow-up communication was excellent too, with direct phone calls and updates about my order. I ended up with the La Pavoni Cellini Classic and the Eureka Specialita grinder. Both feel really high-quality. Dialing in the doses took a little work (as expected), but the grinder is solid, quiet, and consistently accurate. The coffee I’m making now easily rivals what I’d get in a good café.

I’m looking forward to having friends over to try it, and I feel confident that if I ever have questions or issues, the team at Prestige Coffee will be there to support me.
