Great customer service from start to finish
They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!
Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!
Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.
Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

The Ultimate Home Barista Setup: Profitec Drive Black Edition & Twist SD54 Bundle
Step into premium home brewing with this meticulously paired Profitec coffee machine and Profitec grinder bundle. Designed for users who demand precision, consistency, and robust build quality, this package brings commercial-grade performance straight to your kitchen bench. By combining a top-tier dual boiler espresso machine with a highly capable single dose coffee grinder, you secure complete control over every variable of your morning brew.
Unrivalled Extraction Control
The Profitec Drive Black Edition sits at the core of this home barista setup. As a formidable dual boiler espresso machine, it features a 0.75-litre insulated stainless steel coffee boiler and a 2.0-litre steam boiler. This independent design ensures you can pull rich shots and texture milk simultaneously without losing pressure. Built into the system is a manual pressure profiling valve, giving you real-time control over water flow during extraction. When paired with PID temperature control and the legendary E61 group head—complete with a stainless steel mushroom—you achieve remarkable thermal stability and highly nuanced flavour profiles.
Quiet Operation and Smart Scheduling
Early mornings demand discretion, and the built-in rotary pump delivers whisper-quiet operation. This premium pump also provides flexibility, allowing you to use the internal 2.8L water tank or connect directly to your mains plumbing. You will not waste time waiting for the machine to warm up, thanks to the fast heat-up mode and programmable switch-on and switch-off times. A sleek, discreet OLED display tracks your shot time down to the second while providing access to settings and maintenance reminders.
Precision Single Dosing
A high-end home espresso machine requires an equally capable espresso grinder. The Profitec Twist SD54 single dose coffee grinder delivers precise, reproducible results with zero retention, meaning you get the freshest possible coffee into your portafilter. Encased in a durable aluminium body, it features 54mm flat steel burrs driven by a fast 1400 rpm motor. The stepless grind adjustment gives you infinite control to dial in your exact grind size. To streamline your workflow, the grinder includes a dosing cup with an integrated magnet, coffee bellows to clear the chute, and a leveler for consistent puck preparation.
