Profitec MOVE 2.0 Coffee Machine: New Version, What’s Different?

The Profitec MOVE new version builds on the original with Bluetooth connectivity and Brew-by-Weight extraction. The machine connects to the Make Coffee Yours app and to compatible Bluetooth scales. From there you can:

• Adjust settings from your phone or tablet
• Watch each shot in real time
• Stop the extraction automatically once it reaches your target weight

This helps you understand each shot and make small, targeted changes. The machine also works with the Beanconqueror app. The result is consistent espresso from one cup to the next.

Profitec MOVE 2.0 Dual Boiler Performance

The Profitec MOVE 2.0 has a dedicated brew boiler with a 0.27 litre capacity and a separate 0.7 litre stainless steel boiler for steam and hot water. Because the two boilers work independently, you can extract espresso and steam milk without waiting between steps. You can also program the coffee and steam boiler temperatures to suit your beans and your milk drinks. A single boiler option is available too.

Compact Design, Easy Care

The Profitec MOVE 2.0 Coffee Machine has a more compact footprint than many dual boiler machines, so it suits smaller kitchens and tighter benchtops. Day-to-day care is simple. An automatic brew group cleaning program, plus reminders for water filter changes, cleaning and descaling, keeps the machine in good condition. The 2.8 litre water tank has a built-in adapter for a water filter. A water filter cartridge and carbonate hardness test strip are included, which helps you manage water quality from the start.

Modular Portafilter and Barista Features

The machine comes with a modular, bottomless portafilter with silicone spouts. This lets you watch your extraction closely and switch to spouted pouring when you prefer. A shot counter shows brew time to the second, and programmable dosing buttons, adjustable preinfusion and a timer function give you plenty of control. A discreet OLED display and a Barista Light make it easy to see what is happening during each shot. A low-noise vibration pump keeps the machine quiet while it works.
