Great customer service from start to finish
They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!
★★★★★
Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!
★★★★★
Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.
★★★★★
Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

Why Buy a De'Longhi Factory Second?
A factory second is a genuine De'Longhi machine sold below RRP. It may be a returned machine that has been checked and made ready for sale again, or it may have minor cosmetic marks, with no effect on how it performs. Every unit is bench tested by our technicians before dispatch and comes with the full 24-month De'Longhi warranty, so you get a premium machine at a much lower price. As an authorised De'Longhi service agent with a national service network, we look after every machine we sell.
Would you rather a machine with no cosmetic marks at all? The De'Longhi Maestosa carton damaged unit is brand new, with only the box damaged, and carries the full 24-month warranty.
-
This model is part of our Factory Seconds range, meaning it may have minor cosmetic imperfections but delivers the same high-quality performance at a significantly reduced price. It's an excellent opportunity to own a premium coffee machine without breaking the bank. We bench test all Factory Seconds units to make sure they are in perfect working condition prior to dispatch.
