Great customer service from start to finish
They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!
★★★★★
Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!
★★★★★
Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.
★★★★★
Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

Dial in a cleaner, more consistent espresso workflow with the Barista Progear Espresso Home Starter Kit. It brings together the three tools that matter most between grinding and brewing: distribute, tamp and keep your bench tidy.
The Barista Progear Clump Crusher (WDT Tool) uses fine needles to break up clumps and evenly distribute your grounds in the basket, so water flows through the puck evenly and channelling is reduced. It comes with its own stand, so it's always within reach and off the bench.
The Barista Progear 58.5mm Coffee Tamper is perfectly weighted with a precision 58.5mm base. Unlike standard 58mm tampers, it leaves almost no gap at the basket wall, so you get an even, level tamp every time.
The Barista Progear Flat Tamping Mat gives you a stable, non-slip surface to tamp on while protecting your portafilter and benchtop.
