Great customer service from start to finish
They were lovely to deal with, easy to communicate with, and made the whole coffee machine purchase smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!
★★★★★
Great Experience!
Great experience at Prestige Coffee. All my questions were answered and I love the coffee machine I bought!
★★★★★
Packaged and delivered with care
Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.
★★★★★
Excellent
Excellent experience with Frank purchasing our new machine. He was patient, non pushy, put together competitive pricing and really helpful throughout the whole process despite my indecisiveness. Really happy with our new setup, thanks Frank!

The Swivel Head Cleaning Brush is one step up from those basic group brushes. Ergonomically designed to stop hot water from running onto your hands while maintaining your group head and shower screen. This brush is designed to get into every nook and cranny.
You can use the swivel head cleaning brush to clean the group head, shower screen and around the group seal, brushing to remove coffee grounds on manual coffee machines. This helps to provide a good seal for the group handle.
