Staff very helpful prior to purchase. Easy to order online, and nice to get the Easter gift. It took a week to get from Adelaide to Canberra, but that was over the Easter weekend, so understandable. To say that it was boxed up well for transport would be a gross understatement. It had its own little pallet and lots of cardboard, padding and tape. No chance that it would be damaged in transit.

The Major VP Electronic is the fastest grinder from the Mazzer V line. It's innovative components allow for higher grinding speeds at lower RPM (900 rpm @50Hz). Major VP is designed to handle high volumes of coffee beans without overheating due to the grinder's high torque asynchronous motor. The low rpm motor produces less noise and less strain on components, resulting in a longer lifespan of the grinder and its parts.
