Bring your machine to 4/65 Stephens Avenue, Torrensville, any weekday between 8am and 5pm. No booking needed. For out-of-warranty repairs, a workshop assessment fee is payable on drop off.

Our technicians assess your machine and quote on what it actually needs. No set fees, so you only pay for the work your machine requires.

Repairs are done in our own workshop using genuine parts. We stock common parts for most major brands, and every machine gets a full health check.

Maintenance
How often should you service your coffee machine?
Regular servicing is the best way to keep your coffee tasting right and avoid costly repairs. Over time, mineral deposits and coffee oils build up inside the machine, leading to burnt or bitter shots, higher power use and wear on the heating element. Adelaide's hard water speeds this up, so a regular service matters even more here.
We recommend bringing your machine and grinder in together, so you're without your coffee setup for as little time as possible.
Signs your machine needs a service

- Water flows slowly or the shot takes longer to pour
- Weak steam or milk that won't texture properly

Do I need to book my coffee machine in?
No. You can bring your coffee machine into our Torrensville workshop any time between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We take care of the rest.
Is there a fee to assess my machine?
For out-of-warranty machines, a workshop assessment fee is payable when you drop your machine in. Our technicians then inspect your machine and quote on what it needs. Warranty repairs for the brands we're authorised for cost you nothing, just bring your receipt.
How long will you have my coffee machine for?
It depends on the repair and the parts needed. We stock common parts for most major brands, so we can often turn machines around quickly, and we'll keep you updated along the way.
What services do you offer?
Warranty and non-warranty repairs, general and full services, descaling, filter and part replacement, calibration, grinder servicing, plus workshop assessments and quotes.
Should I also bring in my coffee grinder?
Yes, we recommend servicing your machine and grinder at the same time so you're without your coffee setup for as little time as possible. Coffee machines should be serviced every 12 months and grinders every 18 to 24 months.
Can you repair a machine I didn't buy from Prestige?
Yes. We repair and service all major home, office and cafe coffee machine brands, wherever you bought your machine.
Do you offer a pensioner concession?
Yes, we accept pensioner concessions on repairs. Just let our team know when you drop your machine in.
